2023-2024 Tryouts
Event Description
ProStart Lacrosse will be hosting our annual Fall 2023 - Summer 2024 travel team tryouts for all ages groups 2034 - 2025 Grade Years. (Grades 2nd - 11th). We will offer (2) teams at every level, pending tryout numbers and quality of play.
We will be offering (2) dates Saturday, July 15th & Sunday, July 16th. Players must attend at least (1) tryout date but are strongly encouraged to attend both tryouts.
If unable to attend the tryout weekend. Please contact will@daltonlax.com to coordinate an alternate tryout date before the set tryout dates.
A $60.00 nonrefundable fee to try out for all age groups. All players must be registered before tryouts. Tryouts registration will close 24 hours before tryouts to ensure organization for the event. Player check-in will start (45) minutes before the set time of tryouts. All players will be issued a tryout jersey with their tryout number. All players will be put through drills and scrimmages for coaches' evaluation. Youth parent coaches will not be allowed to evaluate their son; we will have current professional coaches on staff for tryouts and evaluations.
Roster decisions will be communicated 48 hours after the final tryout.
All players who accept their roster position will be rostered with ProStart for Fall 2023 - Summer 2024 Season.
