Evaluation Overview:
ProStart Lacrosse tryouts will be led by our coaching staff and are designed to assess each athlete's individual skill, lacrosse IQ, and ability to compete within team systems. Players will go through position-specific drills, situational play, and live competition to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
