ProStart Lacrosse is the Next Generation of Lacrosse.

Born and raised in Maryland, our founders, brothers Will and J.P. Dalton, focused their love of sport and competition around the great game of lacrosse at an early age. While playing ball in high school, they were recruited for top Division I university lacrosse programs. Will captained the Terrapins at University of Maryland in 2008 & JP led Loyola University as captain to win the national championship in 2012. After college they played professionally at the highest level for the NLL and MLL. With over 30 years of passion, skill and knowledge of the game, this duo is a tour de force.

From elementary school to the pros, many coaches invested in the brothers as athletes and as individuals. Those positive influences helped shape the boys into the men and athletes they are today, and they inspired them to give back their passion and skills to the game...and ProStart was born.

ProStart seeks to develop young athletes on and off the field and to give every athlete a chance to play at the next level by equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

In an era of highly skilled and rigorous competition, coaches are looking for more than just “pure talent.” At Prostart, we focus on developing the total athlete. We strive to instill skills, habits, and values that top-level college coaches are looking for in players. We focus not only on turning good athletes into great ones, but also on leadership qualities that set our players up for future success on and off the field.

We also believe that it is vital for our athletes to have a solid understanding of the recruiting process and we want them to navigate that process successfully. At ProStart, our coaches know this process intimately and are committed to guiding and supporting all players to achieve their collegiate goals.
