PRACTICE SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS

High School team practices will be held on premier turf fields throughout Anne Arundel County, including:

  • St. Mary's High School
  • South River High School
  • Broadneck High School

Additional facilities may be utilized throughout the year as needed.

Practice Timeline | September 2026 – July 2027

Fall Season (September – November 2026)

  • Team practices begin immediately following fall tryouts
  • Weekly Sunday team practices
  • Additional weekday practices scheduled by each coaching staff
  • Focus on team systems, player development, and preparation for Fall Recruiting Events

Winter Development (October 2026 – February 2027)

  • 4–6 Winter Training Sessions
  • Position-specific instruction led by the ProStart coaching staff, current college players, and guest instructors
  • Focus on skill development, athletic movement, lacrosse IQ, and preparing for the summer recruiting season

Spring Season (March – May 2027)

  • No ProStart team practices during the high school season, allowing players to fully commit to their school programs.
  • Individual recruiting guidance and communication remain available throughout the spring.

Summer Season (May – July 2027)

  • Team practices resume immediately following the high school season
  • Full summer practice schedule leading into each recruiting event
  • Team Mini Camps prior to major tournaments
  • Position-specific instruction and game preparation

2026–2027 TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Tournament schedules will be finalized following tryouts and roster selections for each High School team. Events are selected to provide the highest level of competition and recruiting exposure.

Tournament schedules are subject to change based on team placement, event acceptance, and scheduling availability. Final schedules will be distributed after team selections are complete.
